Abstract
The paper is a literature-based description of cream-borde- red green pea (Earias clorana L.), the pest of willow. The main topics are: morphology (egg, caterpillar, pupae, moth), develop- ment, feeding preferences, stem damage, harmfulness and control methods. The data concerns basket willows as well as willows in short rotation coppice system. In the Conclusions section infor- mation needed to fill important knowledge gaps is listed
